With over twenty years of experience, Tim has a comprehensive track record in financial management including accounting, banking, financial reporting, strategy, tax planning, restructuring, and M&A oversight. Tim is an effective leader with a demonstrated ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in financial management, revenue cycle management, cost reductions, internal controls and cash management.

Over the past twenty years, Tim held many notable positions including President of Bay Hawk Management Corp and Chief Financial Officer for Pinnacle Capital Holdings.

Tim holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently resides on Long Island, New York with his wife and children.
