Business Development Manager

Axylyum Charter, the parent company of the growth enablement product, AXY Wrap™, has gained significant acclaim as the industry leader in credit line expansion and default risk mitigation. By shifting default exposure to AXY Wrap™, lenders that work with Axylyum Charter can increase their lending facilities and foster relationships with their borrowers—ultimately leading to exponential growth.  

 

Building on our rapid expansion, we are looking for a well-organized and business driven Business Development Manager to work hand-in hand with the Executive Team. 

 

Responsibilities to Include: 

  • Develop, maintain, and support relationships with Lenders 
  • Source new leads through linkedin, cold calling, emailing and attending national events 
  • Lead the sale cycle and work with the sales enablement coordinator to insure effective pipeline management 
  • Drive adoption of the company’s secure engagement option 
  • Execute on complex models that provide guaranteed repayment options for our Lenders 
  • Develop innovative, efficient, and productive approaches to client engagement 
  • Increase product scalability nationwide 
 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent practical experience. MBA a plus 
  • 5+ years of work experience in Lending, Secured Financing, Wholesale Lending Operations 
  • 5+ years in Sales at an Executive or Director level at fast-paced sales driven corporations 
  • Extensive experience in complex non-residential mortgage-backed products 
  • Unparalleled sales development skills 
  • Asset focused approach to our clients’ goals, targets, and products
