NEW YORK, NEW YORK (April 26, 2022) CRE financial firm, Axylyum Charter, announced today that Jane Petroff has been promoted to Chief Credit Officer. She formerly held the title of Director of Capital Markets at the parent company of the portfolio-wide, growth enablement product, AXY Wrap™.

As the private lending industry prepares for a market correction, Axylyum Charter has increased both staffing and production across the United States.  The result of the execution of the expansion strategy is a significant growth in AXY Wrap™ contracts that have been signed by our private lending community.

A first for the industry, AXY Wrap™ enables lenders to grow their businesses by the removal of default risk – ultimately decreasing servicing expenses, carrying costs, and property disposition time.

Prior to joining Axylyum, Jane held executive positions at both J.P. Morgan Chase and New York Commercial Bank where she oversaw business lending and the implementation of consumer and commercial real estate products. Jane holds both business and law degrees from one of the leading universities in New York.
